Easter Egg Hunt is Scheduled
The City of Granbury Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Community-wide Easter Egg Hunt at City Park on Saturday, March 31, 2017 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Easter is right around the corner and once again the hunt is on. Do you remember the rush into the back yard – racing against your little brother or big sister, just to get to the best eggs and then asking Mom to hide them again?
A spring tradition here in Granbury, the Easter egg hunt is now scheduled. Get out your cameras and find your baskets the bunny has left some special surprises in a few of those eggs. Go and enjoy entertainment for the entire family at the city park, there will be fun for the entire family after the egg hunt with a live DJ, bounce houses, free food
This is a free event!
Anyone under the age of 12-years-old and
younger have the opportunity to hunt for thousands of eggs
hidden in City Park (corner of Pearl and Park
Registration starts at 11:00 a.m., and the
hunt starts at 12 p.m. on the soccer fields.
Registration tables will be setup at the west entrance
of the park near the Dana Vollmer Municipal Swim
Center and the north entrance by the soccer fields.
The egg hunt areas will be split up into age groups
(0-3 and Special Needs (sugar free candy only), 4-6,
7-9, and 10-12). All age groups will start their egg
hunts at the same time in their separate locations.
Parents and guardians will be able to assist children participating in the special needs and 0-3-year-old
